In LPP Greece, we are currently looking for a LEASING MANAGER in North Greece based in Thessaloniki.

LPP S.A. manages 5 fashion brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay, each of which addresses a different audience.
The company lists over 2,200 stores in its network and additionally has online stores for each of its Brands. It has a presence in 40 countries.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Find properties according to company standards.
Market & location analysis.
Negotiation of lease contracts.
Maintaining and building relationships with property owners, construction companies and real estate agencies.
Competition analysis.
Elaboration of market studies and strategy presentations.
Preparation of the complete business plan in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms.
Cooperation with the Technical Department and the Legal Department of the company.
Analysis of the technical aspects of the site.
Cooperation and communication with the corresponding department at the company headquarters in Poland.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration or related subject.
Previous experience of more than 3 years, in a similar position.
Work experience in a retail clothing company will be an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written communication).
Excellent PC knowledge (Ms Office) & experience using applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Flexibility, Adaptability & Team Spirit.
Very good organizational and communication skills.
Confidentiality and the ability to build trusting relationships.
Very good time management and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
High performance and results orientation.
Ability to travel for professional purposes.
