Job Title: Leasing Sales Specialist

Department: VWFS Hellas

Reports to: Front Office Managing Director

Job Summary:
The Leasing Sales Specialist is responsible for the development of VWFS’s Leasing business. This is done by identifying new collaborations exploiting new opportunities along with the collaborating Network all over Greece, using the existing digital channels that the company is activating, responding to tenders and utilizing any other source that could serve the scope of growing the business. Also in the main tasks is to monitor the performance of current dealers based on the agreed targets, performing regular field visits and providing existing dealers/end customers with exceptional support.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
Central contact person for all leasing relevant topics of our Dealers Network.

Monitoring the whole business flow from request until contract, in order to ensure customer centricity of processes.

Work closely with the management team to develop and implement actions to achieve business objectives

Liaise closely with the VWFS Operations Department, in order to assist and find solutions for possible dealer or/and Customers’ requests

Liaise closely with the Leasing team, in order to assist and find solutions for possible dealer or/and the Customers requests

Responsible for retail and SME’s customers.

Acquisition of new retail and SME’s customers.

Creating reporting upon needs for the visibility of the performance

Participating in regular meetings internal and external

Required Skills/Abilities:
Good working knowledge of leasing Business

Proven ability to achieve targets- results

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Flexible, proactive

Able to travel

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field. An additional qualification will be positively considered.

Good knowledge of the leasing business for retail customers and SME’s

3+ years of experience in a Leasing Sales role
