We have an open vacancy for a Logistics Analyst.

What you will do:
As a Logistic Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, managing transportation and warehouse costing files, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes. Your analytical skills will be key in monitoring inventory levels, recommending process improvements, and maintaining our WMS/ERP system up to date.


Main Responsibilities:

• Optimize inventory levels to meet demand with minimal excess and cost.
• Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods.
• Evaluate the costs and efficiency of supply chain processes, including transportation, storage, and inventory holding.
• Work with teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee and manage transportation cost records and ensure the most efficient processes are in place.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Service Field, IT) to optimize processes.
• Track inventory levels to ensure continuous availability of goods.
• Propose and implement process improvements, particularly related to inventory management.
• Maintain and update the WMS/ERP system.
• Work with the Field Services Department and Warehouse Team to ensure logistics operations align with company commitments.
• Generate necessary work instructions and contribute to company procedures.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on equipment status and position for use by company management and clients.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Bachelor / TEI degree in Logistics, Supply Chain management, Operational Research, Accounting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified Logistics Professional) are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to manage all aspects of Logistics from developing a proposition to delivery of items.
• Ability to input, retrieve, compile and analyze data.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Soft Skills:

• Strong time-management and activity coordination skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both within a team as well as independently.
