So what’s the challenge…
Are you excited to boost customer engagement? As a Loyalty Program Specialist, you'll help execute loyalty strategies, track results, and suggest improvements to keep customers coming back.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting the design and execution of the Loyalty program’s tactical plan across all OPAP games and services
- Monitoring the loyalty landscape and collaborating with sales/product teams to stay updated on market trends and customer needs
- Providing business requirements for program improvements and new features to enhance user experience and boost customer engagement
- Taking ownership and coordinating resources to deliver Loyalty program projects, including UI/UX updates and feature development
- Supporting partnerships with stakeholders to enhance the program’s benefits and features
- Running all operations related to the loyalty program like draws, configuration changes, and reward vouchers
- Monitoring and reporting loyalty KPIs to identify areas for improvement
What you need to succeed:
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in similar role around retail-based loyalty programs
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools, would be an asset
- Results driven an self-motivated with passion, energy and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Solid commercial mindset and business acumen
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and under strict deadlines
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Greek languages (written and oral)
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
