We are looking for a passionate, motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

R ESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the development and execution of all marketing campaigns and promotions

Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery

Conducts market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Monitors and reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Conducts search for market trends and coordination of implementing those that will help achieve organizational goals

Manages social media accounts and digital marketing efforts

Supports the sales team with marketing materials and presentations

Organizes and manages events, product launches and promotional activities

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in Marketing Coordination or similar role, preferably from FMCG industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices

Experience delivering client-focused services to client needs

Exhibit exceptional project and time management skills

Always have a friendly disposition and remain calm even under pressure

Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English

Excellent organizational skills

Advanced negotiating and consultative skills
