Norwegian Technical Support Advisor - In Greece

Location: Moschato, Greece
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Salary: €1,300 per month + up to €250 performance bonus
Overview:
Join our team as a Norwegian-speaking Technical Support Advisor and support customers in the automotive industry. Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring exceptional service. Benefit from a comprehensive training program and relocation assistance to beautiful Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for localization technology and digital services.
- Address and resolve issues such as enrollment, login, and vehicle status concerns.
- Use your skills to independently find solutions to system data issues.
- Document case notes and updates in English.
- Work with systems to manage GPS, maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver data.
- Norwegian C2 language skills and English C1 proficiency.
- Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
- Experience with databases, CRM systems, and advanced software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Interest in the automotive industry and awareness of GPS/localization technologies.
