Job Title: Technical Support Advisor (Norwegian-speaking)
Location: Moschato, Greece
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Salary: €1,300 per month + up to €250 performance bonus
Overview:
Join our team as a Norwegian-speaking Technical Support Advisor and support customers in the automotive industry. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for localization technology and digital services.
• Address and resolve issues such as enrollment, login, and vehicle status concerns.
• Use your skills to independently find solutions to system data issues.
• Document case notes and updates in English.
• Work with systems to manage GPS, maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver data.

Requirements:

• Norwegian C2 language skills and English C1 proficiency.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Experience with databases, CRM systems, and advanced software applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Interest in the automotive industry and awareness of GPS/localization technologies.
• Work-from-home capability.
