Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using the Icelandic language.
• Assist with inquiries and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Icelandic and proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
