The Greek subsidiary company, Dreavia Healthcare Hellas, based in Chalandri, Attica, Greece, is seeking to employ the role of an:

Operations & Scientific Development Assistant Nutrition

Major Responsibilities:
Events & Exhibitions Management: Participation, stand rental & construction, staff registration, travel arrangements.

Co-ordinating with distributors, suppliers, CMOs

Maintaining documentation for product-related activities (notifications etc.)

Developing documentation for final product release and training.

Labelling: product information & packaging language management as per local requirements.

Actively involved in customer service & complaints’ handling.

Developing marketing material in line with corporate identity.

Contribute to the product development and training strategy activity associated with Dreavia’s nutrition brands across the world.

Assist in the assessment of new indications and potential market expansion opportunities.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups include external customers and consumers, Area Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Affairs, Legal, Medical, Executive Management and external vendors or agencies.

Assist in Medical Sales training programs for Field Sales Manager, Medical and Sales Representatives. Topics include Clinical and Scientific Knowledge, Detailing Skills, Industry Information, Dreavia brands and Competitor Product Information, Professional Skills, and Marketing Strategy.

Assist in evaluating Quantitative and Qualitative Distributor Medical Field Force KPIs related to training and performance.

Travel internationally 30%.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (prefer Business, Life Sciences, or Marketing) or integrated Master’s in engineering.

A Master’s in Health Sciences or relevant degrees are considered advantageous.

3-5 years nutrition or medicinal product management experience.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
