#About Your Team
Our Technology Strategy, Agility & Architecture Team focuses on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills, and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.
Your role as an PMO/Functional Analyst will focus on the accountable and proactive execution of assigned projects, aligning priorities and objectives to firm’s needs, exhibiting full ownership regarding quality of own work and showing your personal commitment to our purpose “make an impact that matters”.
Tasks to be executed:
- Support the PMO in coordinating digital transformation initiatives
- Support the project team in drafting presentations (MS Power Point), deliverables (MS Word) and related analysis of the activities (MS Excel)
- Support the project team in gathering, collecting and describing requirements of software solutions (functional and non-functional)
- Work with a distributed team and deliver your tasks independently;
- Leverage on strong analytical skills needed to compare processes with the capabilities of emerging technologies;
- Support the distributed team interpreting client’s needs and defining solutions that best suit them;
- Autonomously produce solid and structured analysis, employing available tools and resources and possibly coordinating Junior employees if needed;
- Communicate your ideas and proposals in a clear, structured and concise fashion;
- Indicate possible issues related to the project and swiftly share them with the rest of the team;
- Fruitfully cooperate with inter-functional and international teams.
#Our Requierements
Key Qualifications
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in any domain – a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management and Information Systems is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in PMO activities
- Interest in working for international public organizations such as European Institutions / United Nations
- Strong ability to communicate in English; Italian knowledge would be a plus
- Enthusiasm for ICT
- Basic knowledge of software requirements analysis
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Interest in exploring new technologies (e.g., cloud architecture, Gen AI) and their application to real-life use cases
- Eagerness to continuously develop skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow deadlines and multitasking
