As a Polish Speaking Social Media Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines. Your role is critical in helping maintain a positive environment and enhancing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content posted by users on social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community standards.
• Take immediate action to remove or report inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content.
• Engage with users in a supportive and professional manner, addressing concerns and providing assistance as needed.
• Maintain thorough records of moderation activities and flag trends to improve platform safety.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on policies, guidelines, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English for effective communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to make quick, sound judgments.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in online community engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when handling sensitive issues.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and stressful situations with resilience.
