What you will do:
This vacancy is in the Pricing team of NN Hellas which is part of the Product area and reports to Pricing Manager. The team is responsible for the development and pricing of new Life, Health and Investment individual products and the monitoring and renewal of existing products according to regulatory requirements and NN Group’s Standards, Policies and Values. The purpose of this role is to build and lead part of the pricing team which is responsible for quantification of the undertaken risks and design of competitive and innovative products which give added value to customers and contribute to the achievement of NN Hellas’ strategic financial and business goals.
Your day-to-day:
- Lead and develop part of the pricing team of individual portfolio
- Support the process of recognition and quantification of the undertaken risks in line with NN Group’s Policies and Standards
- Set of best estimate actuarial assumptions for profit testing of insurance products
- Support the development of complex actuarial models for generation of accurate cash flow projections that reflect product characteristics and risks
- Documentation of profit testing process and methodology in line with NN Group’s standards
- Assist in the renewal of the existing products and in the update of regulatory product requirements (ex. PRIIPs regulation)
- Recommendation and improvement in the implementation of processes to optimize efficiency and minimize risks
- Prepare presentation materials with pricing results for internal and external purposes
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional actuarial experience in insurance industry or consulting
- Experience in leading teams and projects
- University degree in quantitative field (Mathematics / Physics / Finance / Actuarial)
- Postgraduate studies in Actuarial Science will be considered an asset
- Passed actuarial exams from an actuarial society will be considered an asset
- Strong working experience of Microsoft Office suite, R, Python, Power BI and actuarial software (R3S experience is a plus)
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of English language
- Analytical and business-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills
