As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Product Manager to contribute to the growth of its Telco Products.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and management of Telecommunications core product portfolio
• Assist in the development of core product strategic roadmap in order to fulfill company objectives
• Monitor market developments related to Telecommunications competition landscape (Greece & Europe)
• Analyze customer needs to develop successful propositions
• Support and monitor go-to-market strategies and tactics that bring competitive advantages
• Responsible for the development and implementation of product portfolio for new segments
• Assist in the preparation of product related financial analyses/business cases
• Collaborate with various departments for product launches (Legal, Operations, Marcomms, Sales, CX, IT, Technical etc.)
• Provide guidance to customer care teams, ensuring exceptional experience for our customers
• Act as an ambassador of the products within the organization

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the marketing field and especially in Product Management, preferably in Telecoms Sector
• Experience in Services Marketing preferred (Energy, Telcos etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics, Engineering, or other related fields
• Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
