AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A., a company of ELLAKTOR Group, is looking for a Project Finance Officer for the Financial Division.

Referring to the “ Chief Financial Officer” , the main tasks of the role are:
Analyzing financial information, assessing financial models, conducting sensitivity analyses and drafting reports to be presented to the Investment Committee for approval.
Evaluate and recommend potential new infrastructure projects or market opportunities
Proactively keeping up to date with market developments to contribute insight to pipeline and portfolio. Filtering investment proposals for deals that fit the AC’ investment strategy and priorities.
Actively participating and contributing to the development phase of the Concession/PPP tenders, commencing from the Expression of Interest, the Competitive Dialogue, continuing with the Submission of Offer and concluding with the Contractor-Financial Close.

Requirements

Necessary qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance
Excellent knowledge of corporate finance principles and modelling skills
Advanced knowledge of Greek and English
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Working experience
5+ years of experience in project finance and /or structured lending investment
Professionally gained knowledge of Infrastructure or Energy sectors.
Advanced experience supporting complex valuation exercises and due diligence.
