Job Opening: Property Manager in Patras, Greece - Fluent in both English and Greek (mandatory)
We are seeking a reliable individual to manage our apartment in Patras, Greece. This position offers flexible working hours and responsibilities that can be fulfilled according to the manager's availability and property needs.
Key Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Patras, Greece
• Fluent in both English and Greek (mandatory)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in new tenants
• Conduct check-out procedures for departing tenants
• Show the property to potential buyers
• Perform monthly property inspections
• Assist in identifying additional investment properties
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate with maintenance professionals as needed
• Liaise with local accountant and bank in Greece
• Create and manage rental listings for the property

Property Details:

• Penthouse apartment suitable for up to two students or a family

Compensation:

• 5% of the monthly rental income
