Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle imports/exports procedures (shipping transportation)
• Prepare related documentation
• Communicate with shipping companies to ensure proper order management
• Be in regular contact with suppliers and customers regarding logistics issues
• Ensure the company's database is updated
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers' satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Preferably experience of two years in maritime transportation
• Fluency in English language
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Customer-centric approach
• Attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
