- Recruitment & hiring process 100% online
- Temporary contract of about 3.5 months until year-end for the Black Friday and Christmas seasons. (possibility of extension for another project)
- Work equipment (computer, screen etc) will be sent to your home by courier company
- We don't require previous experience - we will provide training at begging of work
Our client s a leading global jewelry brand, founded in 1982 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Known for its customizable charm bracelets, rings, and necklaces, Pandora emphasizes craftsmanship and quality. The brand offers a wide range of products for personal expression and celebrates special moments, operating over 2,700 stores worldwide.
This opportunity is great for you to work remotely in Greece during the low season, especially if you love jewelry.
Your responsabilities:
- Assist customers in Polish through email, chat, and phone.
- Build strong relationships by addressing customer questions and issues.
- Inform customers about promotions and new offers.
- Answer common questions like:

- You speak Polish in proficiency
- Intermediate English level (B2)
- You are looking for an energetic environment
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
- Starting date: 21/10
- Remote work from anywhere in Greece – including the islands!
- Recruitment & hiring process 100% online
- Temporary contract of about 3.5 months until year-end for the Black Friday and Christmas seasons. (the possibility of extension for another project if you're interested)
- Working schedule: Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 21:00 (8h days/5 days week, 40h/week)
- The work equipment is provided by employer (computer, screen etc) and will be sent to your home by courier company
- We don't require previous experience - we will provide training at begging of work
- Base Salary: €1,050 gross per month
- Performance Bonus: Up to €150 gross per month
- 2 extra salaries per year (paid proportionally based on time worked)
- Flight ticket sponsored and by the company
- Taxi will wait for you at the airport
- 2 weeks accommodation in a hotel
- Assistance with finding apartment - real estate agency fee covered by the Company
