With operations in London, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Athens, our European-based platform covers all three key market segments in boat rental - day-hires, boating holidays, and luxury crewed charters.
In the nautical industry, we are positioned as the next big disruptor!
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales agents to join our team in Athens.
Tasks
1. Identify and Understand Customer Needs: Assist clients throughout the boat reservation process for their sailing holiday, ensuring all requirements are met for a seamless booking experience.
2. Manage Client Portfolios: Maintain and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and satisfaction.
3. Prioritize and Strategize Daily Work: Effectively plan and prioritize tasks to meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs.
4. Client Communication: Professionally engage with clients via email and phone, providing excellent service, information, and solutions to their queries and needs.
5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth handovers of bookings, share feedback, solve challenges, and contribute to team development.
6. Close Sales Leads: Convert online leads into bookings, ensuring that both personal and team sales targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Fluency in English at a native level; proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, German, or French is highly desirable (any extra language is a plus).
- Confident and personable: You have a natural ability to build rapport with clients and make meaningful connections.
- Creative problem-solver: You’re solution-oriented and able to think on your feet to meet client needs.
- Strong organizational skills: You can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled negotiator: You excel in negotiation, enjoying the challenge of closing deals while creating value for clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive: You have a passion for driving online bookings and taking full ownership of your work.
- Results-driven: You are highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Based in Athens, Greece.
