Sales Manager

To join our Sales Team in Athens, Greece

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in increasing revenues by prospecting and selling Raycap's cutting-edge products and solutions. Combining technical expertise with sales acumen, you'll develop strategies for market penetration, establish and maintain customer relationships, and contribute to the success of a dynamic team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales efforts by prospecting, presenting, and selling Raycap products to new and existing customers.

Prepare tender offers and negotiate contract terms to ensure alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for contract execution.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Provide technical support and product education to customers, including making technical presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams to design custom-made solutions and resolve client issues.

Represent Raycap at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to identify new opportunities.

Analyze account data to optimize growth and profitability.

What We're Looking For:
Experience of 5-7 years in sales in B2B sector, preferably in telecommunications.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (master’s degree will be considered a plus).

Proven selling skills with a strong technical background.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated experience in negotiating, project management, and problem-solving.

Resilient, self-driven, and entrepreneurial.

Sound judgment and strong business sense.

Analytical thinker with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
