Our client, ascience ingredients distributor specializing in Personal Care, Home Care, and Pharmaceuticals, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager in Home Care and Industrial & Institutional Cleaning Solutions, to join the Sales Team.
Scope of your role:

• As a main contact person for customers, ensure that service is on a high level and within time limits.
• Identify and develop new customers and markets for our Home Care products.
• Prospect for new business by conducting sales visits to actively grow the size of the territory.
• Responsibility for the quote-to-order process towards the customer and coordination with other units to ensure on-time delivery.
• Actively recognize customers’ current and future demands.
• Focus on customer retention and overall customer satisfaction.

What distinguishes you:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales field, preferably in Home Care or Personal Care industry
• Sales-oriented, goals driven & positive personality, enjoying precise and responsible work
• Ability to nurture an extensive network of contacts
• Technical competence, with a good understanding of chemistry and ingredient technology
• Excellent communication and proficient negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Proficient in English spoken and written
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to travel within Greece
