Our client, ascience ingredients distributor specializing in Personal Care, Home Care, and Pharmaceuticals, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager in Personal Care, to join the Sales Team.

Our client, ascience ingredients distributor specializing in Personal Care, Home Care, and Pharmaceuticals, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager in Personal Care, to join the Sales Team.
Scope of your role:
- As a main contact person for customers, ensure that service is on a high level and within time limits.
- Identify and develop new customers and markets for our Personal Care products.
- Prospect for new business by conducting sales visits to actively grow the size of the territory.
- Responsibility for the quote-to-order process towards the customer and coordination with other units to ensure on-time delivery.
- Actively recognize customers’ current and future demands.
- Focus on customer retention and overall customer satisfaction.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales field, preferably in Personal Care or Home Care industry.
- Sales-oriented, goals driven & positive personality, enjoying precise and responsible work.
- Ability to nurture an extensive network of contacts.
- Technical competence, with a good understanding of chemistry and ingredient technology.
- Excellent communication and proficient negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in English spoken and written.
- Strong PC skills.
- Ability to travel within Greece.
