We are seeking a result – oriented & passionate Sales & Office Administrative Assistant to reinforce our Administration team. The selected candidate will be based in Athens.
As a Sales & Office Administrative Assistant, you’ll be pivotal in supporting management and senior managers, ensuring seamless operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess will be instrumental in maintaining our office’s efficiency.
Job description:
- Manage incoming calls, coordinate couriers and post office tasks.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, with minute-taking as necessary.
- Assist in drafting and archiving customer contracts.
- Maintain contact lists and aid in office supply management.
- Assist with travel arrangements and visitor support.
- Manage company events.
- Provide support to sales team, by updating and optimizing the CRM system.
- Reporting through CRM for Business Units or another department.
- Consolidate CRM reports for pipeline and forecast purposes.
- Handling PO’s to suppliers for all Business Units.
- Controlling quality and quantity on received orders from suppliers.
Requirements and knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent certifications desirable.
- 1+ year of experience administrative assistant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Very strong English communication skills, excellent Greek communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient attention to detail and time management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
