Job Purpose


We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead our B2B sales project. This role involves overseeing a team of managers and the overall operations team to ensure high-quality and high-volume productivity, driving operational excellence in line with client expectations and company objectives.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the B2B sales project within the call center, ensuring compliance with client requirements and standards.
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, team leaders, and sales advisors, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive sales performance by setting and monitoring sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
• Oversee both inbound and outbound sales teams, focusing on achieving sales goals and improving campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data and campaign results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on project performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage the project's P&L to optimize profitability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and quality standards.
• Define and implement strategies to achieve growth, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain efficient internal processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a call center environment, with specific experience in managing B2B sales projects.
• Fluency in English and another European language (preferably French or German).
• Strong knowledge and experience in the B2B environment, with a deep understanding of B2B processes and requirements.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.
• Proficiency in call center software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
