Join our dynamic Henkel Consumer Brands Hair Professional team as a Sales Representative in Thessaloniki, Greece! We're looking for an enthusiastic person who can help us meet and exceed our key performance indicators with exceptional efficiency. Get ready to make an impact!
- Enhance and expand our Customer Distribution network (Hairdressing Beauty Salons and Barbers).
- Drive new customer acquisitions (Field, Key Accounts, Premium salons, and Barbers).
- Nurture and manage relationships with our existing customers.
- Conduct regular visits to customers, ensuring their needs are met on a daily basis.
- Attend and support all related customer needs to assure successful development of all brands and services.
- Conduct regular reports about customers and marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Education teams to help achieve our company’s objectives.
- A relevant university degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative in retail or professional channels.
- Strong command of the English language, proficiency in MS Office, digital tools and social media.
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
- A positive mindset, competitive spirit, and a collaborative nature, with the skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional customer focus and relationship-building skills, with the flexibility to adapt to various customer profiles.
- Willingness to travel within Greece.
