A consulting firm, member of an international group, specialized in the area of corporate culture and soft skills development, is expanding the consulting/training team to cover the growing demands of specific sectors.

Engages with clients (multinational and large Greek organizations) to help implementing change projects and increasing people effectiveness through soft skills development. RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB/PROFILE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers training courses to attain learning objectives, mainly in management, leadership and sales effectiveness
- Participate in analyzing training needs and structuring proposals for the client
- Participate in designing new training programs & material (content)
- Provide consulting to clients, in the area of people development and corporate culture
- Keep current on new knowledge, industry trends and customer training needs
- Participate in internal academies to acquire new knowledge on products and training methods
- Achieve and maintain training and tolls certifications, provided by the company or third parties
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in management and/or consulting role
- Prior experience in HR consulting is an advantage
- Excellent command of English language
- Must be willing to travel within Greece or abroad as needed for customer work
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
