As part of Data & AI practice, you will combine AI & ML with data, analytics and automation under a bold strategic vision to transform business in a very pragmatic way, sparking digital metamorphoses. There will never be a typical day and you will continuously learn and grow. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance search, content analytics, and generative AI applications using modern technologies.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
-
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.
-
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
-
Create and maintain technical documentation for the applications and their components.
-
Feel comfortable working hands on on any layer of the application stack: User Interface, middleware, backend, data store.
-
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.

Integrate large language models to applications:
-
Build, train, and fine tune LLMs to improve performance, accuracy and alignment of the general-purpose models.
-
Develop and integrate LLMs and/or LLM applications into products and services. Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts.

Build, train, and fine tune LLMs to improve performance, accuracy and alignment of the general-purpose models.

Solve organizational problems for the client by analyzing requirements, providing valuable market research linked insights and developing tools and processes to aid decision making.

B.Sc. and M.Sc. or Ph D in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
-
3+ years of hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and enterprise search solutions
-
Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Javascript, or C++
-
Knowledge of enterprise search platforms (Elasticsearch, Open Search, Solr, Lucene, Google Cloud Search, Azure AI Search)
-
Familiarity with Kibana, Logstash, and other tools within the Elasticsearch ecosystem
-
Excellent understanding of search indexing, query optimization, and data analysis
-
Expertise in NLP, information retrieval, and search relevance tuning
-
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
-
Experience integrating AI and machine learning models into search solutions
-
Understanding of data engineering, data lakes, and data warehouse architectures
