Role Description
We are looking for a Shipping and Communications Coordinator who will work in close collaboration with our Head of Operations. Our fast-growing company needs someone who can assist our Communication, Shipping and Customs processes with precision. Main Tasks
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all shipping activities, including the preparation of shipping documentation.
- Reply to customer emails in a timely and accurate manner (in English).
- Provide customer service to clients by answering questions and resolving problems regarding shipping arrangements.
- Daily communication with our US Hub.
- Prepare shipping orders, including arranging pickup and delivery dates, times, and addresses.
- Coordinating freight transportation with carriers such as UPS, DHL, or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Coordinate and work with various departments, such as Accounting and Sales, to ensure proper shipping documentation (invoices included) and import/export arrangements.
- Issuing invoices through Qbooks and Soft1.
- Work closely with our Customs Broker.
- Daily Update of Various Reports.
- Be able to work between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- Experience in shipping with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing (fluency in spoken and written English is essential).
- Experience with CRM & ERP software.
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus.
