We are rapidly expanding and looking for a Store Manager to join our Motodiktio Division and be part of our journey .

Role:
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the store team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve individual and collective goals

Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and a customer-centric approach

Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities to drive revenue and ensure exceptional customer service

Engage with customers, build strong relationships, and address their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

Utilize customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive customer loyalty

Oversee the store's inventory levels, by ensuring proper stock levels and conducting regular stock checks

Monitor and analyze sales performance, expenses, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies

Prepare and manage the store's budget, making informed decisions to optimize profitability

Ensure the store meets and exceeds all safety and security standards

To be successful in this need you need to possess:
Proven experience as a Store Manager (2-4 years) in the Retail Industry

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing

Excellent communication skills in the Greek & English language

Good knowledge & experience with the MS Office Suite (mainly with Excel) & ERP

Passion for Motorcycles and good knowledge of riders’ gear product categories will be considered an asset

Flexibility to work in shifts (including Saturdays)
