#About Your Role
As a Consultant in our Sustainability department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.


At the crossroads of Sustainability, Finance and Technology, we are looking for ambitious, sustainability oriented, technology proficient team players to join our growing team in our offices in Thessaloniki. As Sustainability Consultant you will:

• Work in a collaborative team environment to analyze issues and address client challenges
• Develop meaningful sustainability strategies, supported by double materiality exercise, the definition of targets, actions, and KPI’s to support those strategies
• Support organization with regards to their sustainability disclosures, ensuring right & impactful messaging
• Ensure compliance towards reporting directives such as CSRD, EU taxonomy, Climate risk Assessment, etc. helping organizations towards their transformation & compliance journey
• Participate in the career and performance development of the Deloitte Risk Advisory practice by serving as a career coach, training consultants and providing timely and specific performance feedback;
• Be trained and coached in order to develop your knowledge and skills, management and business development capabilities.
• Contribute to firm initiatives by supporting the development of proposals, thought leadership, market facing initiatives and recruitment

With a strong understanding of the sustainability challenges our clients face, you will take a key role in our Sustainability team focusing on one or more of the four following domains:

• Develop Sustainability strategies
• Support organization from strategy to reporting
• Develop impactful sustainability disclosures
• Ensure compliance with reporting directives (CSRD, Eu taxonomy, etc.)

What are the must have’s to excel in this role?

• University degree ideally in economics, business, engineering, or a sustainability oriented field
• 1-3 years of applied working experience in sustainability
• You have a strong knowledge of sustainability reporting directives (CSRD, EU taxonomy, Climate risk assessment, Double materiality, TCFD, etc.)
• You have an affinity with technology, are familiar with analytics tools and techniques, as well as the developments and trends in automation;
• Experience with both project delivery and preferably proposal writing
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, powerpoint…)
• Team player that can also work independently
• Hands-on person, result-oriented and quality-driven and you have outstanding analytical skills
• Your approach is client and result oriented and you have excellent social, communication and presentation skills
• Good social and communication skills, with an agile mindset to adapt quickly to a new environment
• Professional proficiency in English
