Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Order Acquisition:
Continuously secure human outsourcing orders from current clients while driving internal execution and support.

Team Management:
Oversee personnel management within the business team, ensuring efficient processing of business orders and addressing client feedback.

Opportunity Development:
Identify and engage potential clients, establishing cooperative relationships to foster business collaboration.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with effective communication skills; patience in client interactions is essential.
Familiarity with outsourcing personnel management processes; prior experience in managing outsourcing teams is preferred. Experience in recruitment or employee relations is a plus.
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, with a strong sense of responsibility and capability to drive execution under pressure, fostering cross-department collaboration.
Preference for candidates with experience in servicing large clients or within the Public sector .
