Our team collaborates with global pharmaceutical companies, creating impactful campaigns that connect with healthcare professionals and patients. In 2024, we expanded into the Asian market, including Hong Kong. As a Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and driving successful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Client Requisition and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges to pitch different marketing projects or campaigns
Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects or campaigns. Ensure flawless implementation and timely delivery
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and communicate any adjustments to clients
New Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches
Reporting and Presentations: Create visually appealing reports and presentations for clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
At least 5 years in a client servicing role within a marketing, event, or advertising agency, with connections in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
Excellent English and Cantonese verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin is a plus)
Strong numerical mindset and eagerness to meet sales targets
Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and other relevant tools
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good initiative and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with advertising and social media campaigns is an added value
