Job Responsibilities

Handle different stakeholders on various claims and direct payment issues

Focus on communication with other departments and corporate partners in providing support on direct billing services, including B2B services.

Maintain the service standard and turnaround time for direct payment and claims process

Participate in various projects on the development and enhancement of operation systems and workflows

Indexing / data input for claims information

Assist to manage daily direct payment and claims operation and provide support to other team members

Prepare regular direct payment and claims management reports and analysis

Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables

Support ad-hoc projects as requested

Requirements

Diploma or above in related disciplines

Relevant working experience in healthcare, hospitality, medical claims or insurance field

Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel

Be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance

Able to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities

Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
