Job Responsibilities

Handle and process Data Access Requests from patients and third parties

Handle and respond to phone enquiry related to Medical Records

Liaise with other departments on areas related to health information and records management

Handling of Hospital Forms and standardization

Assist in Hospital continuous quality improvement projects and conduct regular audits

Perform clinical coding using ICD-10 and CPT

Perform other related duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

A university degree from the Health Care discipline or equivalent; with at least 2 years of Hospital administrative experience

Knowledge of medical terminology and experience within a medical environment preferred

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Good communication and customer service skills, self-initiative and responsible

Demonstrated ability to prioritize work commitments to achieve specific deadlines

Candidate with more experience will be offered the post of Health Information & Records Officer
