Duties
The appointee will report directly to the Administration Manager (Finance) and perform functions supporting the administration and finance of CEVR. He/She will be required to:

• Post entries into systems and prepare accounting documents for approval;
• Assist in closing for management account and preparing financial reports;
• Assist in arranging payment requests and reimbursements;
• Assist in preparing budget and forecast;
• Liaise with internal and external parties;
• Hand some administrative work including filing and document management;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by CEO and Scientific Director as well as COO and
• Deputy Scientific Director of CEVR and/or their delegates.

Qualifications
Applicants should:

• have a recognised degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline;
• Member/Student member of HKICPA/ACCA or other relevant recognized professional bodies;
• have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage;
• have hands-on computer skills including Power Point, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• be a good team player, and be proactive and dedicated to work;
• have a positive can-do attitude;
• have good communication and interpersonal skills;
