Admin & HR Assistant

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, such as posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Assisting with payroll processing, MPF, tax returns and benefits administration.
  • Conducting exit interviews and departures process with leavers
  • Handling administrative tasks such as procurement, managing office supplies and handling correspondence.
  • Issuance of Quotations and Invoices
  • Supporting the Admin Manager with various projects and initiatives to enhance the overall Admin & HR function.
Requirements
  • With at least 1 year relevant HR & Administrative working experience
  • Basic knowledge on Hong Kong Labour Law Ordinance
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Immediate available is preferred
