Responsibilities:
Provide Admin & HR services including employee benefits and administrative activity etc.
Assist in coordination and operation of regular company event and meeting, including venue set up, secondment coordination as well as onsite support.
Prepare data and analysis reports for meetings.
Support in ad-hoc tasks and administrative matters as assigned.

Requirements:
Degree in related disciplines.
Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience. Experience with Chinese companies would be preferable.
Experience in Property and Construction industry will be an advantage.
A good understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing.
Detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
