Job Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to director, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
  • Communicate with local customer and assist sales from mainland for documentations
  • Provide Admin & HR services including employee benefits and administrative activity etc.
  • Prepare data and analysis reports for meetings.
  • Support in ad-hoc tasks and administrative matters as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience. Experience with Chinese companies would be preferable.
  • Experience in Property and Construction industry will be an advantage.
  • A good understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing.
  • Detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
