Responsibilities:
Provide full range secretarial support to company directors and executives.
Develop good working relationship with external and internal parties
Handle correspondence telephone calls & emails.
Assist in preparing management accounting reports and month-end closing
Assist in Ad hoc tasks and assignments.
Perform daily accounting duties including account payable, account receivable, payment preparation, handling collection from customers.
Perform general accounting clerical duties
Perform other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in marketing & financial or related education certification
3 years of experience working in sizable corporate for Admin, Finance and HR related duties.
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Smart, mature, organized with pleasant personality
Immediate availability is highly preferred
