Administration Assistant

Sapientia Foundation is a non-profit organisation registered in Hong Kong. Its objects are the advancement of education and the promotion of cultural exchanges.

Job Description:
Under the supervision of the school management,

Prepare school entrance for welcome and dismiss;
Provide admission documents and assist families to complete the admission procedures. Update and filing the documents when necessary;
Update EVI system records for each pupil;
Phone calls with families;
Handling issues related to the admission, payments, official receipts and set-up of the Autopay system;
Purchasing and stock taking of school materials, food etc.;
Petty cash account for G&A expenses;
Assist in the implementation and compliance of all documents relating to administrative guidelines by the Education Bureau;
Assist in personnel issues, i.e. internship program and visa application for the School staff;
Regularly check School premises to ensure safety and good maintenance;
Assist communication with the school janitors;
Assist update of necessary information to website and social media.

Qualification:

Prior working experience in the Kindergarten or education industry;
Responsible, Detailed-minded and well organized;
Self-motivated with a positive working attitude and ethic;
Problem-solving approach;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Diploma holder or above.
