Administrative and Customer Service Officer (Saturday)

Education Ladder is an education admissions expert that ensures the process of finding education providers in Hong Kong is simple and easy. We help students navigate the application process of the Hong Kong education system, providing advice and recommendations through our school placement service. We focus on delivering a highly personalized consultation service to the parents.
Working in a boutique but a quality service center, we are now hiring suitable candidates for filling up the customer service and administrative positions in Mong Kok.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operations support
Work on assigned clients' applications and documentation
Mainly work on Sat from 10:00-3:00

Requirements:

F6 or above, with at least 2 years’ experience in administrative or customer service experience
Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently
Answer inquiries from customers with a proactive manner
