Application Support Manager / Team Lead - ACL

Our client is a sizable organization. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.
Responsibilities:
  • Work in the client site with on-site team to communicate and manage client incident / issues.
  • Supervise on-site and offshore team to provide application and maintenance support for client.
  • Responsible for pro-actively monitoring and promptly resolving application production incident within agreed service level.
  • Responsible for managing the BAU support team to deliver service request tickets
  • Responsible for assisting Incident and Problem Management teams on root cause analysis, incident report and propose short-term / permanent resolution for application issue
Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / IS discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in IT and 3 years experiences as team lead on managing a small team
  • Technical experience in Microsoft SQL or Oracle PL/SQL)
  • Application development experience in Java (J2EE, JPA, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Struts) is a plus
  • Solid Experiences in Application Support and Maintenance, Incident Troubleshooting, Root Causes analysis and Problem Resolution
  • Experience in using CI/CD tools (Git Hub, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins) will be an advantage but NOT essential
  • Maintain a positive attitude and have good communication skills for client and team management.
