Job Description
The incumbent will assist the Pastry Junior Sous Chef in day-to-day production of bread, pastry, plated dessert and other baked goods and assist in maintaining food quality and sanitation facilities in the kitchen.
Requirements:

• Certificate of vocational training schools or equivalent
• 1-year pastry experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Fresh graduates with vocational training in related disciplines will also be considered
• Independent, eager to learn, good team player with strong communication skills
• Good spoken English and Cantonese
