- Process staff claims and petty cash reimbursements
- Prepare operational reports to support month-end closing
- Respond to vendor payment-related enquiries
- Maintain proper payment records;
- Ensure timely and accurate payments of approved invoices and expenses reports
- Assist in the implementation of new work processes and perform UAT for system development and process improvement
- Other ad hoc assignments
The Person
- Diploma in accounting or other disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences
- Proficient in MS office, including Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
