Assistant Business Strategy Manager, Professional Services

The role is responsible for exploring new business opportunities and driving the success of our Professional Services business.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to reach new markets and clients

Work with service line leaders to create and carry out business plans that align with company goals and drive the growth of Professional Services business

Represent the company during client meetings, present proposals and showcase our value proposition

Prepare and compile high-quality proposals, tenders, and requests for proposals (RFPs/RFQs)

Implement sales and marketing strategies, including acquiring new customers, generating leads and driving business goals

Analyse competitors to identify market trends and opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Requirements

Degree holder in Business, Property Management, Real Estate, Surveying, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline

At least 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales & marketing

Knowledge of property management is a significant advantage

Proven ability to make strategic decisions that contribute to business growth and development

Strong analytical skills and business acumen

Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
