Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, final payments, and MPF contributions.

Compile various HR reports and analyses, such as HR Monthly Report, Headcount Report, and Staff Turnover Report.

Manage tax return filing to IRD for both staff and consultant.

Maintain and update commission scheme records and ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date

Handle employees' insurance administration and monitor leave records in alignment with company policies.

Assist in preparing staff movement documents, including promotion letters and salary/bonus review letters and update the organizational chart to reflect changes in reporting lines and department structures.

Coordinate and oversee employee benefits, such as organizing the procurement of CNY pudding cakes and mooncakes.

Staff Record Maintenance:
Maintain organized staff record filing promptly and accurately.

Update staff records in the HR Podium system accordingly.

Staff Relations and Communications:
Address employees' inquiries in a professional manner.

Support in coordinating learning & development activities, volunteer activities and staff events, such as Quarterly Orientation and Celebration Parties.

Other Responsibilities:
Assist in new joiners' onboarding logistics.

Provide clerical support to the HR department.

Participate in various assigned ad hoc projects.

Person Specification

Degree holder in human resources management or a related discipline

1-2 years’ solid HR experience, sound knowledge in C&B and HRIS applications is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered

Well-versed in employment ordinance and other HR regulations in Hong Kong

Organised and detail-minded with high accuracy

Positive, pro-active with can-do attitude

A team player who is also able to work independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
