Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee budget monitoring, financial analysis, and reporting, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate annual audits and statutory reporting, while continuously improving systems and procedures for compliance.
- Manage fiscal files, assist in asset and property management, and support special projects and studies.
- Compile and analyze budgets for local entities, review accounting books, and facilitate year-end closings.
- Provide investment reporting support, handle property management tasks, and ensure regional accounting and internal controls.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or audit, with a CPA license in Hong Kong.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, with a preference for prior experience or interest in nonprofit or charitable organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workload, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
