Job Descriptions:
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, performance management, remunerations, C&B, manpower planning and employee relations

Applying project management skills to lead all aspects of project lifecycle for HR initiatives to drive business outcomes

Formulate, review, enhance human resources policies and procedures to comply with the business requirements and market situations

Provide strategic and professional advice to senior management on HR related issues

Perform ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

Minimum 4 years of working experience with at least 2 years supervisory level in Human Resources fields, preferably in retail industry

Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation

Excellent presentation and communications skills

Independent, initiative, well-organized, with flexible personality, able to work under fast pace environment, and good team player

Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin

Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing

Lesser experiences will be considered as Senior HR Officer/ HR Officer

Immediate available is preferred
