Job Descriptions:
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, performance management, remunerations, C&B, manpower planning and employee relations

Applying project management skills to lead all aspects of project lifecycle for HR initiatives to drive business outcomes

Formulate, review, enhance human resources policies and procedures to comply with the business requirements and market situations

Provide strategic and professional advice to senior management on HR related issues

Perform ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

Minimum 10 years of working experience in Human Resources fields, preferably in retail industry in which 5 years must be at supervisory level

Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation

Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills

Mature, independent, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing

Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager

Immediate availability is preferred
