• Assist management to identify and set up investment fund with research and market analyses, including investment trends, opportunities, and economic conditions.

• Assist management to conduct various businesses including executive recruitment and corporate advisory services, property services, wealth management, financial planning, and asset management business.

• Collaborate with stakeholders such as financial analysts, investment managers, operations managers, and accountants etc. for setting up and running investment funds and developing wealth and asset management business.

• Liaise with stakeholders such as fund managers, fund administrators, investment managers, and investors for various investment fund matters.

• Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing management reports, investment portfolio performance review reports, and valuation reports, etc. and monitoring compliance guidelines.

• Assist management to develop an effective fundraising strategy that ensures the financial sustainability of investment funds.

• Identify sources of investment funding and build relationships with investors.

• Organize and manage fundraising and business development events and campaigns, marketing, and public relations activities. Handle the development of fundraising documents and promotional materials.

• Assist management team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical fundraising and business development standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in investment management or related field.

• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software e.g. Power Point.

• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, together with good project management abilities, and ability to organize and manage events.

• Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) preferred.
