Job Duties :
Support Spa & B2B business development team by sharing brand guideline, consolidating marketing materials and strategies.
Monitor key accounts' marketing activities and activations.
Plan and manage the trade marketing budget and ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives.
Manage and develop the existing Marketplace with goal of ROI maximization.
Adapt marketing strategies and tools to ensure visibility and increase partner's performances through our global offer.
Gather and bring marketing best practices, deploy relevant strategies to markets and Spa partners.
Provide PR strategies and assistance in PR event, consolidate communications KPI.
Coordinate with the marketing manager, on publishing official newsletters & social media communications.
All other duties or projects as assigned.
Provide monthly quantitative and qualitative business analysis reports such as Retail KPI, product performance, productivity, CRM, competitor, and trend etc. Identify and recommend business opportunities.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business management
1–3-year experience B2B Marketing/ Trade Marketing preferably in retail
Proficiency in all Office tools (Excel, Power Point), Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design will be a plus.
Solution-driven, analytical & critical thinking
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
