We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Brand Development Executive to lead the expansion of our dairy products portfolio within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and casual dining segments. This role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, promoting our brand, and increasing market share in these under-penetrated sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research to identify growth opportunities within the QSR and casual dining sectors.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to position our dairy products effectively.
• Client Acquisition & Sales Growth:
• Develop and implement strategies to target and secure contracts with major QSR chains and casual dining restaurants.
• Drive sales growth by promoting our dairy products to new clients.
• Product Positioning:
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure the correct positioning of CFF dairy products.
• Customize sales presentations and product pitches based on the needs of potential clients.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Collaborate with the sales director and marketing teams to create and execute market entry strategies.
• Continuously refine the client acquisition process to increase efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or brand management, preferably in the F&B or dairy industry.
• Pastry relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the QSR and casual dining sectors in Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for growing market share and revenue.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
